Delivery Information

United Kingdom

UK Standard Deliveries - are usually dispatched via Royal Mail on a 2nd class recorded delivery method. These deliveries are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, but may take up to 15 working days from date of dispatch. Should your order become lost in the post we will refund or resend your order after the 15 working days allowance. We reserve the right to dispatch your order via an alternative courier should we deem it necessary.

UK Next Day deliveries - will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, City-Link or FedEx depending on the time of your order. A next day delivery service is a next working day delivery and therefore your order will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. Orders must be placed and payment cleared by 3pm Monday to Friday to ensure same day dispatch. Orders after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Saturday Deliveries - are usually dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are normally delivered before 1:30pm Saturday. Orders must be placed and payment cleared by 3pm on Friday. Any orders received Saturday through Thursday with Saturday delivery will be dispatched on Friday.

Europe

Orders will be dispatched via any courier we decide depending on the destination country, quantity and the value of the order. Deliveries to Europe may take up to 28 days to arrive.

Delivery Guarantee

Please note that whilst the majority of deliveries do arrive on time, none of the delivery times provided are guaranteed by ourselves or the courier companies. If for some reason your order is delayed we will gladly work with the courier company to track down your order and ensure a delivery as quickly as possible. We are unable to refund delivery charges for delays beyond our control.
